We don’t recommend that you wear earrings to sleep as it can be harmful to your ears and you certainly don’t want to catch them on something during the night! If you’re wearing the studs or sleeper hoops you were given when you got a new piercing then that’s fine – studs and sleepers don’t pose as much risk as other types of earrings so we would recommend you wear these to sleep over full-sized hoops.

As CZ is a hard material, it doesn’t easily scratch unless it comes into contact with other materials that are of a similar hardness level. You should clean cubic zirconia once a month to keep them looking shiny. You can do this by using a mild dish soap and water with a clean, soft cloth and then ensure it is dried thoroughly with a soft towel afterwards.
