When it comes to magnetic bracelets, magnetic wristbands and health bracelets, we thought we would quiz our head of customer services who gets inundated on a regular basis with questions, concerns and a lot of time the most loveliest feedback from customers.

 

Tell us about your day to day responsibilities?

My role is very varied there are some things that I do the same everyday like answer emails, reply to messages, make calls and track reviews but then there are other things that change on a daily or weekly basis. As a small team we get to pitch in on all tasks especially in the build up to seasonal times like Christmas where I can be helping to pack orders, gift wrapping to helping with stocking and inventory.

 

What is the best part of your job?

“Speaking to customers and reassuring them and of course getting lovely feedback from them. Whether a customer buys from us or not just being there to help someone makes my job worth while!”

 

What aspect of your role is tricky or challenging?

“Nothing is too tricky or challenging, I like the variety and different types of people I come across on a daily basis. Most of the time customers just need reassurance whether that’s with the product that they want to buy or delivery details. I think going the extra mile never hurts and leaves the customer feeling happy which is what my role is all about.”

 

Are there any moments that stand out for you in your role? Anything funny or quirky?

“Usually around Christmas we do get some odd requests for gifts and gift cards, but I think if that makes someone smile then why not?”

 

If there was anything you could change about what you do what would that be?

“I don’t think there would be anything that I would like to change, our team is small and very friendly, it’s a great place to work! We eat lots of cake and we get to have our pick of jewellery and magnetic bracelets – what’s not to love.”
