When we started DEMI+CO our first collection of magnetic bracelets were mostly for me, we had a couple of styles that we unisex friendly. That was until one day we noticed that we were getting a lot of searches for ladies or women and then magnetic bracelet ladies so realised after seeing this a few times that there was clearly a demand. We also received a couple of emails from people requesting best copper bangles that would be suitable for a female. Although we did have some that we could suggest that were unisex, we realised that we had to create a womens collection and since then we did and it has grown and has some of our biggest bestsellers.

We noticed that after selling some of our link bracelets we were getting a lot of requests from customers on how to alter the bracelets if they had either ordered a wrong size or had under or overestimated the size they needed for their wrist. So we started to tell customers to send back any magnetic or copper bracelets so that we could adjust them for them and we offered that as a free complimentary service which not only ensure happy customers but fantastic feedback and reviews too.

We do also get asked a lot of the time about discounts and although its not something we do all the time as we believe our products offer excellent value for money and we believe in the strong quality of our materials and products. We then got emails from customers asking for more variety in terms of colours and embellishment which is when we decided that it was time to increase the collection of copper bangles that we had.
