• If it’s a surprise party, make sure your brother is free that day and make sure you have someone to rely on to keep him entertained and out the way while you set up

• Allow plenty of time preferably the night before or earlier in the morning before the party to set up decorations, blow up balloons, set up food
• Confirm guests a day or so before party, if it is a surprise party tell guests to arrive earlier and to keep it a secret from your brother
• Have a couple of people who can help you on the day to keep the timing and party running smoothly and to also help you after to clean up!
