Your order may take 4 - 5 days by Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery*. All of pieces are quality controlled checked by hand. Once approved, packaged nicely, and then sent to you. This ensures the highest level of quality and that personal touch!
You will recieve a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
*Subject to COVID 19 delays at Royal Mail. There is a small charge of £1.50 per additional item on orders to North America, Europe and Rest of the World
Returns: Gold, sterling silver (plated and solid) and demi-fine jewelley.
Our policy is not to credit returned items unless the item in question is faulty. To ensure the highest quality levels all products are inspected and photographs taken before shipping out to customers. Any discrepancies or defects should be reported and returned to us within 7 days via recorded delivery. We do ask that any returns are sent to us with a copy of the original Invoice or email order confirmation. Upon receipt of the item our silversmiths will verify the fault for manufacturing or intended damage. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. A full refund/credit will be issued if there has been a manufacturing fault. Please note that due to health and safety reasons all earrings and body jewellery that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
